26.2 Miles to Help Target Ovarian Cancer

Hello everyone, thank you for visiting my fundraising page! 💜

In April 2027, I’ll be taking on the London Marathon as part of Team Target, raising money for Target Ovarian Cancer.

My Yiayia Eirini, my grandmother, sadly passed away from ovarian cancer in 2009. I’ve always wished we’d had more time together and that I could have known her for longer. Losing her had a huge impact on my family, but her spirit has lived on through the stories we share about her. She was an incredibly strong woman, and I hope to carry some of that strength with me throughout my training and over the finish line.

Women’s health is something I really care about, and I think it’s so important that women feel listened to, know what to look out for, and feel able to speak up when something doesn’t feel right. By running for Target Ovarian Cancer, I hope to help raise awareness and support other women and families affected by the disease.

This marathon will be a huge challenge for me, but knowing I’m doing it in memory of my Yiayia and for a cause that means so much to me will make every step worthwhile.
