My name is Erin and I have had an Unilateral Salpingo Oophorectomy. Basically, my right ovary and fallopian tube has gone.
The journey was mentally and emotionally challenging and I have decided to raise some funds for a charity close to my heart.
While I was not diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer, the specialists and doctors were not able to rule it out, which made the hospital visits and sleepless nights even more stressful.
Thankfully, after the surgery, I was all clear.
I wanted to raise funds for an Ovary Charity, regardless of the issue and now it's my turn to give back.
I have created this team page to see if anyone else would like to join and walk with me on the day and to raise as much as we can!
