Why I'm fundraising...As we all know, Cancer does not discriminate and unfortunately, it has came to our family's door. My gorgeous sister Pauline was diagnosed with Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer in April of this year and has been fighting it every step of the way since.  She has undergone extensive Chemotherapy (and continues to do so) and has had major surgery also.  To say she is an inspiration to us all would truly be an under-statement as she has taken her battle on with strength, determination, humility and downright courage.  If you have a pound or two to spare - We would be truly grateful. .......

Target Ovarian Cancer is the UK's leading ovarian cancer charity working to improve early diagnosis, fund life-saving research and provide support to women with ovarian cancer.

Awareness of ovarian cancer is low, its share of UK research funding has dropped and three quarters of women with ovarian cancer say they do not get the support they need.

Together we can make sure women in the UK have the best chances of survival and get the right support at the right time, in a way that's right for them.
