London Landmarks Half Marathon 2024

Why I’m fundraising...

I am running this Half Marathon with Target Ovarian Cancer to raise awareness and funds to fight ovarian cancer. 

Ovarian cancer can be a silent killer with many people finding it out at a very late stage given no/ limited symptoms. 

My mum was diagnosed with Stage 3 ovarian cancer this summer and one month ago underwent a very long surgery that luckily has been successful. As she had very limited symptoms, I want to use this to raise awareness about the importance of prevention to fight ovarian cancer.
