Why we are fundraising...

Target Ovarian Cancer is the UK's leading ovarian cancer charity working to improve early diagnosis, fund life-saving research and provide support to women with ovarian cancer.

Bringing awareness to Ovarian Cancer is very close to our hearts here at The Little Pearl.  

One of our #pearlsgirls, the beautiful Emma, tragically lost her battle to Ovarian Cancer, before she got to walk down the aisle.  Emma and her family are such an inspiration to us all.

Our gorgeous stylist Rose's mum has also been affected by Ovarian Cancer, bravely battling through it and thankfully is still here with us.

We want to do all we can to help spread the awareness of early diagnosis for this disease, whilst also help show our support to those who continue to be affected by Ovarian Cancer.

Awareness of ovarian cancer is low, its share of UK research funding has dropped and three quarters of women with ovarian cancer say they do not get the support they need.

Together we can make sure women in the UK have the best chances of survival and get the right support at the right time, in a way that's right for them.
