Why I’m fundraising...
I’m so proud to be running my FIRST HALF MARATHON (scary) for Target Ovarian Cancer 💜 Ovarian cancer is something that can affect any women, at any age.
For a long time, many areas of women’s health, including reproductive health, have been overlooked or under-prioritized in research funding. When it comes to diseases like ovarian cancer, the lack of awareness, limited diagnostic tools, and the late-stage diagnoses make it even harder to improve outcomes.
Women should not have to constantly advocate for themselves and their health 🤍
I can say, whole heartedly, that I am who I am today because of the women in my life. I would do anything to ensure that they, and every woman, have the support they need to detect and fight diseases like ovarian cancer.
By supporting this cause, we can help make early detection more possible and save more lives.
