This year I will be taking part in the Great North Run 2025 to raise funds and awareness in aid of Target Ovarian Cancer a charity very close to my heart after having lost my Nanna Pat to this horrible disease 13 years ago 7 days after her 69th Birthday, this charity is the UK's leading ovarian cancer charity. They target what’s important to stop ovarian cancer devastating lives – that means symptoms awareness, life-saving early diagnosis, better treatments and support for everyone affected by ovarian cancer.
