I’m taking part in Ovar-Dressed London to raise funds and awareness in aid of Target Ovarian Cancer, the UK's leading ovarian cancer charity. They target what’s important to stop ovarian cancer devastating lives – that means symptoms awareness, life-saving early diagnosis, better treatments and support for everyone affected by ovarian cancer.

Friday 10th Oct It's been a long while since I did anyone type of running so why not throw myself in the deep end!On Sunday 19th October I'll be running 5k in aid of Target Ovarian Cancer in their Ovar-dresses walk/run in Regent's Park, London.
I'll be warming up the crowds with my lovely choir first and then go straight into the run.
