For Eileen…
In 2016 I lost my mother-in-law, Eileen, to ovarian cancer. She was an incredible woman who fought bravely until the very end, and her loss has left a huge hole in our family.
Ovarian cancer is often diagnosed too late, and that needs to change. Increased awareness and vital research are the key to saving lives.
That’s why I’m running the London Marathon 2026 in Eileen’s memory, raising funds for Target Ovarian Cancer—the UK’s leading ovarian cancer charity.
They focus on what matters most: raising awareness of symptoms, driving early diagnosis, improving treatments, and providing support for everyone affected.
This will be only my second marathon. Months of training lie ahead—countless miles, early mornings, and balancing work and family—but I’m committed to giving it everything.
Please support my fundraising. Together, we can help transform the future for everyone diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
