Target Ovarian Cancer is the UK's leading ovarian cancer charity working to improve early diagnosis, fund life-saving research and provide support to women with ovarian cancer.
Awareness of ovarian cancer is low, its share of UK research funding has dropped and three quarters of women with ovarian cancer say they do not get the support they need.
Together we can make sure women in the UK have the best chances of survival and get the right support at the right time, in a way that's right for them.

Target Ovarian Cancer
Wednesday 27th Oct As many of you will know, my dear sister Pauline was, out of the blue, diagnosed with Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer in April. It is not curable. Like many, we were all ignorant of the very subtle changes that were a possible indication of something more sinister. If this post only raises awareness and prompts women, who often put themselves last, to seek advice a little earlier then that in itself will be a good thing. However, my other 9 siblings and I are participating in a sponsored walk for Target Ovarian Cancer on November 6th and any contribution you could make to our fundraising would be greatly appreciated.
