Why I’m fundraising...
I’m taking part in the London Marathon 2025 to raise funds and awareness in aid of Target Ovarian Cancer, the UK's leading ovarian cancer charity.
My grandma, who I was incredibly close to, passed away from ovarian cancer. I often think about how much longer she could have been with us if there had been better awareness, earlier detection, and more research into treatments. Her loss has left a huge hole in my life, and it's something I want to change for others.
Every donation helps fund crucial research and support for those affected by ovarian cancer—and it also gives me the motivation to keep running (even though my legs are already questioning my life choices) - this cause makes every mile worth it.
