Why I’m fundraising...
On Sunday 7th April I'm running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Target Ovarian Cancer. Ovarian cancer has affected people that I love and care about, so I’d like to use this as an opportunity to raise money and awareness, to help others who may be impacted by ovarian cancer.
Target Ovarian Cancer is the UK's leading ovarian cancer charity working to improve early diagnosis, fund life-saving research and provide support to women with ovarian cancer. I’m both slightly nervous and excited to be able to run for Target Ovarian Cancer, as it’s the longest I’ve run before, but am ready for the challenge!
I’m hugely grateful for any support and donations raised, as it truly means a lot to me to be able to run for Target Ovarian Cancer, and help them to support others affected by ovarian cancer.
