The time is now!
It will be 1 year to the day on 24th March since we lost my beautiful mum. When I saw this event advertised it was a lightbulb moment and I had to sign up! I’m doing this so we can help fund research into early detection of Ovarian Cancer and to stop it devastating lives.

5 Days to go until Run 11🏃♀️🥳
Monday 18th Mar Excited to get back to the gym today after a restful weekend! Trying to balance everything and not going overboard this week 🫣really hard but figured I have been consistent it my training and it’s been varied!So have faith 🏃♀️💪🏻 completed 20k on the bike to get the heart rate going but saving my legs …and then having a Protein shake to help recovery😜 wonder what tomorrow will bring …..🙏💜 Share
Another day another ParkRun 💪🏻
Saturday 9th Mar Pauline and I headed to Marlborough again for ParkRun this morning 🤩 it felt harder today although it WAS very blustery!! But the rain held off 👏💪🏻 we trotted around another 3K because apparently! we can🤣 so we know we can go the extra on the 24th - great sense of achievement for a Saturday morning 💜 Share
