I am Fund Raising in memory of my Mum
My Mum passed away shortly after surgery on the 25th January 2023 following complications with Ovarian Cancer. It is a moment which will stay with me as long as I live and I want to do my best to honour my Mums memory and to hopefully in some small way help make a difference for others.
To do this, I am taking part in the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2025 to raise funds and awareness in aid of Target Ovarian Cancer, the UK's leading ovarian cancer charity. They target what’s important to stop ovarian cancer devastating lives – that means symptoms awareness, life-saving early diagnosis, better treatments and support for everyone affected by ovarian cancer.
