Why I’m fundraising...
Both family and friends have been affected by the devastating effects of gynaecological cancers that were not picked up on soon enough. Which is why I’m taking part in the Great North Run in September 2026 to raise funds and awareness in aid of Target Ovarian Cancer, the UK's leading ovarian cancer charity.
Target aim to stop ovarian cancer devastating lives – that means symptoms awareness, life-saving early diagnosis, better treatments and support for everyone affected by ovarian cancer.
