Why I’m fundraising...

In April 2026, I’ll be running the London Marathon to raise funds and awareness for Target Ovarian Cancer, the UK’s leading ovarian cancer charity. They focus on what truly matters: early diagnosis, better treatments, and vital support for everyone affected by this disease.

In 2017, my wife was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. She endured rounds of chemotherapy and many tests draining her physically and emotionally. But by the grace of God, she is now cancer-free and carrying our first child. Her strength inspires me every day.

I’m running not only for her, but for the thousands of women, of all ages, who deserve timely diagnosis, compassionate care, and hope for recovery. This will be my first full marathon, I’ve completed half-marathons before (pre-COVID), but this will be a whole new level.

I’m running for my wife. For the women who are still fighting. For the families holding their breath through diagnosis and treatment. And for the hope that one day, no one will have to face ovarian cancer alone.

Each mile will be tough, but knowing that every donation helps raise awareness, fund research, and support real people makes it worth it.
