Why I’m fundraising...

I’m taking part in the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2025 to raise funds and awareness in aid of Target Ovarian Cancer, the UK's leading ovarian cancer charity. They target what’s important to stop ovarian cancer devastating lives – that means symptoms awareness, life-saving early diagnosis, better treatments and support for everyone affected by ovarian cancer.

I have chosen this charity to support a very good friend of mine who has recently completed her last round chemo after being told she had cancer when her ovary was removed and tested, following a hysterectomy for endometriosis.
