In tribute to Lisa

Monday 13th Jan

In tribute to Lisa

Lisa Rahman-Hughes, cherished wife, daughter, sister, auntie, cousin and niece and beloved friend to so many passed away peacefully after a five and a half year struggle with ovarian cancer.

Lisa beat the medical odds in many ways on her difficult journey, but the many treatments - both standard of care and trials - that she underwent helped her live life to the full.

In 2019, when Lisa was diagnosed we called Target Ovarian Cancer's helpline for advice and support. The charity also funds research into new treatments that will extend and improve the lives of women with ovarian cancer, possibly one day even finding a cure.

Lisa expressly asked that donations be made to this charity in recognition of the support - both medically and emotionally - that it provides to thousands of women and their families.

Thank you for your donations
