Why I’m fundraising...
I’m taking part in the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2026 to raise funds and awareness in aid of Target Ovarian Cancer, the UK's leading ovarian cancer charity. They target what’s important to stop ovarian cancer devastating lives – that means symptoms awareness, life-saving early diagnosis, better treatments and support for everyone affected by ovarian cancer.

Why I’m fundraising…
Tuesday 27th JanI am will be running my first half marathon with two of my sisters to raise funds for Target Ovarian Cancer.
Ovarian cancer has and continues to play a big part of our lives. Our mum, Ruth passed away in 2015 of ovarian cancer. We also watched her lose her own mum and our Granny, to ovarian cancer in 1994.
From the loss of these important women in our lives and with the inherited BRCA gene in our family, it’s important to us that organisations such as Target Ovarian Cancer, have the resources to research and support families impacted by ovarian cancer.
