Where the money goes

Our impact in the community

Since 2008 we've worked across all four nations of the UK to transform the lives of those with ovarian cancer, by educating people about the symptoms of ovarian cancer, training GPs and funding life-saving research. We continue to make a difference through our campaigns, our support services and the information we provide those with a diagnosis and their families when they need us most.

We've made a huge impact in the ovarian cancer community. To date:

Over 16,000 UK GPs have completed our training on ovarian cancer.

We've funded over £1.5m in ovarian cancer research projects across the UK.

Our campaign to demand earlier diagnosis reached 14,000 signatures.

Over 15,000 people use our award-winning ovarian cancer information every month.

How we invest to transform lives

We use our money to ensure we have the biggest impact on the lives of those with ovarian cancer and on those yet to be diagnosed.

£17 Funds support

£17 means our support line can help one more person who needs advice and information they can trust.

£50 Funds awareness

£50 can help 50 people learn about the symptoms of ovarian cancer through our leaflets. Knowing the symptoms and when to visit the GP can vastly improve early diagnosis.

£250 Funds research

£250 can fund a day of life-saving research. We're working to improve ovarian cancer diagnosis and treatment for everyone now, and in the future.
